Gareth Holt Property Group was created in 2020 after the COVID-19 pandemic by Director, Gareth Holt. After moving to Spain in the early 2020, he noticed there was a gap in the Real Estate Market in Benidorm after seeing how others operated their business, not only with the sporadic opening hours but the inadequacies of the traditional Spanish working way of life. Gareth Holt Property Group strive on offering an excellent customer service, being available to there clients on a 7 day basis, flexibility with viewings and appointments, offering key and up to date advice/ information regarding the purchase of a property in Spain and more importantly using key independent services within the sector including lawyers, currency exchange companies, insurance brokers and much more! 

We are based on the Costa Blanca North in Benidorm and cover surrounding areas including but not limited too: Benidorm, Albir, Altea, Calpe, Alfas del Pi, La Nucia, Polop, Callosa, Villajoyosa, Finestrat, El Campello and Alicante. We have English and Spanish speaking staff and are always looking to expand our language base to help more and more clients from the fantastic International market that we work in.
